Ingredients

  • Put into chafing dish
  • 1 tablespoonbutter
  • Little dry mustard
  • Pinchsalt
  • 2 poundsgrated cheese
  • 1 cupmilk 2 eggs

Steps

  1. 1

    When butter is melted and thoroughly mixed with salt and dry mustard add grated cheese

  2. 2

    Stir

  3. 3

    When partially melted add milk

  4. 4

    When three fourths melted add eggs well beaten

  5. 5

    Mixture should be smooth

  6. 6

    Serve on hot crackers serves eight people.
