Steps

Wash corns and cook in 4 cup of water for 5-6 minutes or till they look transparent.

When corns are cooked strain them so that water get seperated.

When corns cooled down add corn flour and salt and little black pepper and mix them with hands so that all corns are covered with flour.

When everything gets mixed properly fry them on medium high flame.

Mix all dry ingredients together in a small bowl.

Now mix corns by adding chopped onion and capsicum and chopped green chillies and coriander. Add dry masala powder according to your taste and sprinkle lemon over it and serve hot.
