Curd Mousse with berry blast

Take 500 grams hung curd and put into the freeze overnight or for 7-8 hours. Take a pan mix honey, vanilla essence, salt and two tbsp water and let it boil on slow flame. When it starts to boil switch off the flame. In one separate mixing bowl take cream and beat it till soft peaks comes. Add hung curd to it and beat it again.

Add honey mixture to it while continuously beating. Beat it until gets soft peaks but it shouldn’t hold the peaks. Now chill it into the freeze for 2-3 hours.

Now take one pan add balsamic vinegar, 1 tbsp honey and ground black pepper and cook it on slow flame. Stir it continuously to dissolve honey. Boil it until it reduces to two tbsp. Turn off the flame And add berries to it and coat them nicely.

Now take the mouse out of the fridge and fold the berries into it. Garnish with grated chocolate and mint leaves. Serve and eat chilled Berry mouse.
