Ingredients

  • 3/4 cupSemolina
  • 2Egg large
  • 1 litreMilk
  • 1/4 cupSugar
  • 2 tspOrange blossom water
  • 1 tspvanilla essence
  • as neededPistachios for garnish
  • as neededTutti frutti for garnish
  • For sugar syrup
  • 1 cupwater
  • 1 cupsugar
  • 1 tsporange blossom water
  • 1 tsplemon juice
  • 200 gmWhipping cream

Steps

  1. 1

    Beat the egg well and keep it aside.

  2. 2

    For sugar syrup.add sugar and water in a pan add orange blossom water.bring it to boil.

  3. 3

    Make it 1 string consistency.add lemon juice for avoid crystallization.

  4. 4

    Once it is ready keep it aside.

  5. 5

    Take a pan add milk and sugar bring it to boil.

  6. 6

    Add orange blossom water

  7. 7

    Add vanilla essence

  8. 8

    Add semolina.stir continuously to avoid lumps.

  9. 9

    Add beated egg in the semolina gradually. Dont add all egg together.take 2 tbsp of semolina mixture in egg mix well.then add it into the whole semolina mixture.

  10. 10

    Stir continuously cook until thick consistency.

  11. 11

    Spread the mixture in the serving bowl.let it be cool down completely.u can keep it in refrigerator for 2-3 hr.

  12. 12

    Take the whipping cream.beat till stiff peak.

  13. 13

    Take out the semolina pudding from the refrigerator.

  14. 14

    Spread the layer of whipped cream over the semolina pudding.

  15. 15

    Garnish with pistachios and tuti fruity.

    Add some sugar syrup at the top before serving the dessert.
