1.2~Lts
  • 1000 mltomato puree
  • 500 grcarrots
  • 100 mlred wine vinegar
  • 2 tbsonion powder
  • 2 tbsstevia powder
  • 1 tbssalt
  • 1 tbsgarlic powder
  • 1/2 tbscinnamon powder
  • 1/4 tbsclover power

Steps

  1. 1

    Cook the carrots with steam, then put them in the blender with all the powders and vinegar.

  2. 2

    Cook the mix with the tomato puree for about ten minutes.

  3. 3

    Fix sweetness or taste.
