  • 2 tspRed Chilli powder
  • 1.5 tspHaldi powder
  • 1 tspCoriandar powder
  • 2 tspZeera powder
  • 1/2 cupOil
  • Tomates 2 large
  • 2-3Green Chilli
  • For qeema
  • 1/2 kgBeef Mince (chicken you like)
  • 1 tspSalt
  • 1 tspRed chilli powder
  • 1 tspHaldi powder
  • 1 tspZeera powder
  • 1 tspCoriandar powder
  • Ginger and garlic paste 1+1 tbsp
  • 1/4 cupOil
  • For tarka
  • Onions 2 large slices
  • Coriandar leaves 1 bunch
  • Mints leaves 1 bunch
  • 1 cupOil

    Take a bowl and put the qeema

    Also add fried onions and 3 tbsp oil

    Add water 2 to 3 glass and cook them

    Take pan and heat the oil

    Add dalyea and fry it

    Nice fragrance and golden colour

    Then add water 3 to 4 bowl

    Cook on medium flame for atleast 30 minutes
