I have used raw turmeric which helps in relieving symptoms of arthritis and osteoarthritis and also enhances the taste of the dish.

Ingredients

  1. 1/4 inchraw turmeric
  2. 4 tspcondensed milk
  3. 4 tspmilk
  4. 5-6 tspdry fruits(cashew, pistachio, almond)
  5. 1 tspcardamom
  6. 1/2 tsprose petals
  7. 50 gramsrice falooda sev
  8. 3Yakult bottles

Cooking Instructions

    Boil one glass of water in a saucepan. Add rice falooda sev and boil them for 5 minutes. Then drain out the excess water.

    Now grate raw turmeric, chop the dried fruits and crush the cardamom.

  3. 3

    Heat a pan, add condensed milk and normal milk and when it starts boiling, add grated turmeric and crushed cardamom. Keep stirring. Cook for a few mins, remove from flame and let it cool down completely.

    Now in a separate bowl, mix the above prepared condensed milk mixture and yakult together.

    In a glass bowl, transfer boiled rice falooda sev and pour the prepared mixture of yakult and condensed milk.

    Garnish falooda with dry fruits and rose petals. Our 'Turmeric Flavoured Yakult Falooda' is ready to be relished. Serve chilled.
