Ingredients

2 lbsTop/Bottom Round Steak cut into 1/2" chunks
2med diced Onions
1Green Pepper
1/2small can Tomato Paste
1 tblThyme

Steps

Season steak with salt and pepper. Brown it well in olive oil in a Dutch Oven or pot then set aside

Saute onions and green pepper in olive oil
3

Add 2 cups water, meat, tomato paste, and thyme. Cook uncovered for 2 hrs. Keep watch so it doesn't burn. Use the remaining tomato paste for peas and rice
