Soak the rice for 30 minutes.

Heat the pressure cooker, add the ghee, whole spices and let it sizzle. Then add in green peas.

Saute well and then add the soaked rice and mix well. Add water and season with salt.

Close the lid and let it be on medium-high heat for 3 minutes. If it whistles, that's completely alright. and even if it doesn't, it still works. Ensure, it doesn't exceed 1 whistle. Remove it from the heat, and allow the pressure to get released naturally (this takes about 7 minutes). And then open the lid. It's ready to be served!
