Dissolve the yeast in water and whisk add sugar, add butter, add egg whisk and add flour mix until a soft dough is form, knead for 8 minutes and allow to double in size in a warm place. When risen punch the air down and roll on a floured surface. Cut the shapes and allow to rise again for 20-30 minutes and fry in a hot oil. Serve
