Steps

Wash and Chop onion and capsicum. Grate carrots and finely chop coriander leaves.

Add Gram flour and water in a mixing bowl. Add carrom seeds and all dry masale and mix well. Now mix all the chopped vegetables and mix well. If needed add some more water to get required consistency.

Cut slices of bread in 4 Square pieces. Now heat 1/2 tsp butter in a non stick griddle and dip bread pieces in Gram flour mixture and put on griddle. Cook till golden brown.

Flip the side and fry from other side also. Add a little butter and shallow fry till golden brown.

Serve hot with chutney.
