Palak Corn Curry

Blanch spinach or palak for 3-4 min. on medium flame with adding 1 pinch of salt. Keep it too cool than make a puree of it with adding ginger and green chilli into mixer grinder.

Heat ghee into pan on medium flame add cumin seeds and carrom seeds saute for few seconds. Than add garlic and onion saute till it's golden colour.

Add tomatoes saute till it's cooked than add coriander powder, Red chilli powder and garam masala powder and fry for 1-2 min.

Now add spinach puree and fry till it's release their oil. Now add blanched corns mix it well.

Now add salt, water and cook 3-4 min. On low flame to absorb all the flavors. Than add kasuri methi and mix it well.

Now add fresh cream, mix it well. Now it's done, switch off the flame than transfer it into serving bowl and garnish with tomato.. Serve it with rice or Roti..
