Ingredients

  1. 1 ozDRY sea Moss
  2. Spring water enough to cover moss
  3. 1lemon or lime
  4. 1 cupspring water for blending

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Soak Moss in water. Make sure the water is room temp or colder. Cut and squeeze lemon into water. Put entire lime/lemon in water if you want. Soak over night. Moss should bloom 2-3x the size

  2. 2

    Moss should look and have a jelly texture

  3. 3

    Rinse and drain. Blend with cup of water until smooth. Freeze some cubes for later (you may need to add a little more water as you blend for extra smooth texture)
