Ingredients

  • Tilapia fried
  • 2tomatoes
  • Onion
  • Seasoning of choice (I used chilli cubes)

Steps

  1. 1

    Cut the onions and fry them add in the tomatoes

  2. 2

    Add in Some water and let simmer then add the fish cover and let it simmer for 1 minute then remove from fire and serve while hot
