Ingredients

  1. 1 1/2 cupsall-purpose flour (240 grams)
  2. 4eggs
  3. 1/3 cupvegetable oil (75 ml)
  4. 3/4 cupsugar (170 grams)
  5. 1 tablespoonbaking powder
  6. 3/4 cupmilk (175 ml)
  7. 1 tablespoonvanilla extract
  8. Ingredients for the three milks
  9. 1 cansweetened condensed milk
  10. 1 canevaporated milk
  11. 1 cuptable cream or media crema
  12. 1 canpeaches in syrup

Cooking Instructions

    In a large bowl, beat the eggs and sugar together until the mixture turns a light yellow color.

    Add the oil, milk, vanilla, and sifted flour with baking powder. Mix all the ingredients together until well combined.

    Lightly butter a nonstick skillet, pour in the batter, cover, and cook over very low heat until the top looks dry and set. Repeat with the remaining batter to make more cake layers.

    In a pitcher, combine the sweetened condensed milk, evaporated milk, and table cream. Mix well.
