Cook rice and both beans in seperate pans and set aside. In a pan on medium heat spray with oil or 1tsp and fry the crushed garlic, chili pepper,scotch bonnet,salt and tulsi leaf. When this browns just a little add the tamarind and let this get thicker then add 1/2c water. Stir for a minute or so.

Add the tomato paste and the rest of the water and the smashed dates. The consistency is below 👇 and taste to see if flavors are to your satisfaction and serve either in a pan all mixed together or all separated ❤️ make it a beautiful day 🥳
Tips
Always use less seasonings until you taste. You can add seasonings but you can’t take away 😜
