For any of you who have never had tamarind you are seriously missing out on some amazing flavor. Trust me you want to have this in your kitchen! Bonus is the health benefits too ❤️

First I took my slab of tamarind (which I accidentally deleted my pic 🤦♀️) and boiled it with my dates for about one minute. Let soak for at least 20 minutes. After that I take the dates and remove the seeds. Place in blender. Next take the tamarind and separate the pulp from juice. I used a strainer.

Now I add all the ingredients to a blender and blend to your desired consistency and sweetness. I used 1tsp of honey and a pinch of salt to bring out the flavors! Wow these flavors are just amazing! Enjoy your day 💃
