In a bowl take Sooji and add curds turmeric and water and mix well. Keep for 10 -15 minutes.

Add salt, eno and mix well.

Grease a box, pour the batter and steam well till it's done might take 20 minutes.

Once done, keep for 10-15 minutes to cool and them crumple it with hands.

Slice onions, slit chillies and keep ready along with curry leaves. Add oil in a kadai, heat add rai and the onions chillies and stir. Add very little salt just for the onions.

Once the onions are translucent add the sooji mixture and on low flame keep mixing well. Add lemon juice and coriander leaves. Serve immediately.
