Cook Egg: #1 Add enough Oil to pan to stir fry Egg Mixture to Medium Cooked (50%) #2 Put egg temporarily aside on dish for later use. #3 Add some Oil for cooking the Optional Ingredients, then place it aside together with the egg.

Cook Tomato Sauce: #1 Cook Tomatoes with Medium Heat until it gets soft, #2 Gently crush tomatoes to push its juice out. #3 Add Water and Sugar to make the the desired Tomato sauce for mixing together with thr Egg.

Final Mix: #1 Put back the egg to pan and mix it quickly and well with the Tomato Sauce.
