Ingredients

  1. 1 lbchipped steak or shaved steak
  2. 1 tablespoonolive oil
  3. 2 tbspMontreal steak season
  4. 1minced garlic clove
  5. .25 cupchopped onion
  6. 1/8 tspblack pepper
  7. .25 cupworeshire sauce
  8. Cheese sauce
  9. 1 tbspbutter
  10. 2 tbspflour
  11. 1 cupcream
  12. Dashpaprika
  13. Mixture of shredded cheese that you want

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Heat oil in skillet

  2. 2

Add onion and cook till translucent then add garlic

  3. 3

Add in steak add will cook fast usually a couple of minutes. As the meat cooks add the woreshire sauce, Black pepper, and seasoning

  4. 4

In sauce pan melt butter, then add flour tilled combined

  5. 5

Add cream in and then paprika and stir till starts to thicken

  6. 6

Add in your cheese blend. Depending on how much cheese will determine how thick your sauce is.

  7. 7

Now to build. Use whatever bread you want on the bottom. Some ketchup. Meat on top of that, then pour the cheese sauce on top of it all

  8. 8

Enjoy and let me know if whatever you like or wanted to tweak it around. The thing about a Philly cheese steak is to make it your own cause none ever taste the same.
