Instant Dhokla

Hello friends this is my first recipe.

Steps

First, grind semolina and sabudana in the dry mixer jar. Make mixer like sooji.

Then add chilli ginger paste, yogurt, jeera, sesame seeds, rock salt, water and make batter like idli.

Now in one separate bowl add 1 tsp oil, soda and stir it continuously then add this batter in grease plate of oil. And put plate in the Dhokla maker.

After 10-12 minutes Dhokla gets ready.

Now add tadka on Dhokla, for tadka heat oil and then add jeera and sesame seeds and pour on the dhokla when it begins to crackle. Dhokla is ready. Garnish it with some coriander.

Cut in your favourite shape and serve hot.
