Ingredients

4 servings
  1. 1large Cucumber *about 250g
  2. 1/4 teaspoonSalt
  3. 2-4 tablespoonsDry Wakame
  4. 1 can (95 g)Tuna *drained
  5. <Sesame Dressing>
  6. 2 tablespoonsToasted Sesame Seeds *ground
  7. 4 tablespoonsJapanese Mayonnaise
  8. 1-2 teaspoonsSoy Sauce
  9. 1 teaspoonSugar

Steps

  1. 1

    Place thinly sliced Cucumber into a bowl. Add Salt and massage, then set aside.

  2. 2

    Soak Dried Wakame in cold water until soft, drain well. *Note: If Wakame pieces are large, cut into smaller pieces.

  3. 3

    Combine sesame dressing ingredients in a large bowl. Squeeze the sliced Cucumber to remove excess salty water, and add to the bowl. Add well drained Wakame and drained Tuna as well, and mix well to combine.
