Beans curry with pumpkin

Shallow fry beans flipping over to cook evenly.

In another pan, fry onions and garlic/ginger paste. Add curry powder and fry till golden. Add remaining ingredients and cover for 3mins. Add beans then stir water in.

Cook for 5mins. Add coriander and remove from heat. Serve with buns/ugali/rice
