Boil the rice using 4 cups of water and add 2 table spoons coconut oil

Chop your onions in the style of your choice

Put the onions in a sufuria add oil fry till brown

Add garlic in the mixture and tomatoes

When the tomatoes are pasty add the meat

After 5 mins of cooking add the spinach

Cook for 10 mins

Serve while hot
