Ingredients

  1. 1/4 cupoil
  2. 2 canschickpeas
  3. 2gloves garlic minced
  4. 1onion (diced)
  5. 1 inchgrated ginger
  6. leavesCoriander
  7. 2tomatoes diced
  8. Spices
  9. 1 tbspchilli powder
  10. 1 tbsptumeric powder
  11. 1 tbspcoriander powder
  12. 1 tspSalt pepper
  13. 1 tbspcumin seeds
  14. 2dried chillies (cut into flakes)

Cooking Instructions

    Rinse the chickpeas, add them to a pot of boiling water, cook for 30 mins and set aside for later user.

    In a wok, add oil and then onion cook until translucent.

    Add ginger, garlic, dried chillies.

  4. 4

    Stir fry for a min and then add spices in and cook for 5 mins.

    Add tomatoes in.

    Add chickpeas in. Add half cup of water in.

  7. 7

    Cover the lid and cook for 10 mins.

  8. 8

    Garnish with coriander leaves and green chili and serve.

Living in Dublin with my Irish partner who is celiac. My recipes are Gluten Free (GF). Most of my recipes are Asian food and I use soya sauce a lot in them. Regular soya sauce is not GF, but you can get GF one from supermarkets.
