Ingredients

15 minutes
8 servings
  • 1 kgboiled beingan(bringal)
  • 2 cuptomato puree
  • 2 tbspoil
  • To tastesalt
  • 1/2 tspred chilli powder

Steps

15 minutes
  1. 1

    Heat up oil & put tomato puree in it with salt & red chilli powder.

  2. 2

    Cook till oil spreads from corners & add boiled & mashed beingan.

  3. 3

    Cook on low flame till all water dissolves.

  4. 4

    Serve hot
