Take maida in bowl add salt and oil and mix well.

Add water and knead soft dough.

Cover the dough and keep it aside for 15-20 minutes to set.

Coarsely ground the soaked moong dal.

Preheat pan and add oil in it.

When oil is sufficiently hot add cumin seed and saute.

Add asafoetida, green chilli, coriander powder and saute the spices for few minutes.

Now add grounded dal, salt, garam masala, ginger powder and red chilli powder.

Mix it well

Cook dal until it dries up and nice aroma can be smelled.

Take out the roasted dal in a bowl.

Dough is also set. Take a little amount of dough and roll giving it round shape.

Now fill it with stuffing.

Prepare all kachoris

Preheat oil for frying kachoris.

Place the kachori in medium hot oil.

Flip the side when kachori turn puffy and brown.

Fry all kachoris until they turn golden brown.

Moong dal kachoris are ready.
