Ingredients

  • 6chicken thighs whole
  • Handfulspinach
  • 6sundried tomatoes, sliced
  • 1 tspgarlic
  • 300 mlcream
  • 1 cupchicken stock
  • 1 jarbasil pesto
  • 1/4 cupParmesan
  • to tasteSalt and pepper
  • Penne pasta

Steps

  1. 1

    Place all ingredients together in slow cooker (except for spinach and cream) and cook on high for 3-4 hours

  2. 2

    30 minutes before serving, add the spinach and cream to soften

  3. 3

    Cook pasta separately then add to chicken pesto mix and sprinkle Parmesan on top
