Slice onions, tomato, curry leaves, coriander leaves, purslane leaves.

Take a pan and keep it on the stove. Once the pan heats pour oil, once the oil heats add mustard and cumin seeds, once it crackle add onions, curry leaves, add salt and turmeric, add ginger garlic paste paste.

Once the onion becomes brown add tomatoes. Keep the stove in low flame and close the lid.

Open the lid after some time, add purslane leaves, mix it, again close it with a lid.

Open the lid after some time, add chilli powder, mix it, add coriander powder, cumin powder, mix it, add coriander leaves, mix it.

Once it cooked properly take it into a bowl and serve hot with rice / chapathi /roti.
