Steps

Take both the moong dals and soak in water for 5 hours and blend it like dosa batter.

Then add chillies ginger paste, salt,hing turmeric and mix it well and all vegetables mix it well.

Now heat Dosa tawa and make pancakes from it add very little oil if needed and sprinkle coriander leaves and chai seeds roast from both sides then serve it with green chutney
