Stuffed Bellpeppers

My love for gardening goes together with passion for cooking. I adore to use home grown veggies. 15 years back when we shifted to KSA,we have left a home full of over 150 plants, distributed to family, friends, plants nurseries. but my passion has made me keep on planting even in Apartment Balcony. got the coloured bellpeppers from KSA & sow the seeds in just empty oil cans, result is awesome. My home grown Orange Bellpepper sprouts exactly at right time to celebrate Cookpad Birthday!!!
I guess it's a sign of fate for me that Cookpad and I will be together for lifetime. being an Ambassador, my Motivational post is dedicated to all home cook gardeners of Cookpad Community. Follow your passion, no matter big or small. Happy Cooking, Happy Sharing!
