Lauki ka halwa

Take a heavy bottom wok and heat ghee into it. Now add grated lauki, squeeze well to extract all the water from it, add and sauté it till all the water evaporates and lauki gets tender on low flame.

Then add milk and stir in between till the mixture gets thicken.
Now add cardamom powder and sugar and mix it well. - 3
Keep the flame medium-low
Cook it well till the halwa get thickens properly.
Garnish with chopped dry fruits and serve.
