Make dough of wheat flour by adding water and cover and set aside for 10 minutes.Wash and clean palak leaves with kitchen towel.Chop palak leaves into small pieces.

Take a big ball of dough and roll like a big chapati.Fill chopped palak,salt and pepper in the centre and roll like a parantha.

Now saughte from both sides by using little oil till crispy.

Serve with butter and masala curd.
