Ingredients

  • Ingredients for Sabji:
  • 250 gramsGavar(cluster beans)
  • 100 gramsPotato dice
  • 3 tbspOil
  • 1 tspMustard seeds
  • 1/2 tspCumin seeds
  • 1 tspAjwain
  • 1/2 tspAsafoetida
  • Lasun kaa chutney: 1 tbsp(melted in water)
  • 1 tspTurmeric
  • 1 tbspDhania powder
  • Salt: as per taste
  • 1tspUndhiyu masala (optional)
  • 1 tspGaram masala
  • Water:Half glass to pressure cook sabji
  • 🔹ingredients for dhokli:
  • 1 cupWheat flour
  • 1/2cupGram flour
  • 1 tspBaking soda
  • to tasteSalt:according
  • 1/2 tspTurmeric
  • 1 tspDhania powder
  • 1 tspOil
  • 1 tspLemon juice
  • 1/2 tspAjwain:

Steps

  1. 1

    Add all above mentioned ingredients of dhokli.
    Add little water to it and make a thick dough of it.
    Make equal size balls of it.
    Flatten it with the palm.
    And now keep it aside for a while.

    Heat oil in a cooker.
    Add mustard seeds and let it sputtered.
    Add ajwain,cumin and asafoetida.
    Add lasun chutney and saute it for a while.
    Now add cluster beans and potato to it.
    Add all the above mentioned ingredients of sabji.

    Mix it well.
    Add water and dhokli in it.
    Mix it again.
    And pressure cook it for 5 to 7 whistle.
    Our Gaver dhokli sabji is ready now.
    Serve it with garma garam fhulka rotis and enjoy with delicious and mouthwatering famous gujarati sabji friends 😊
