  • 1/2 kgRice
  • 1 cupOil
  • 3 cupsWater
  • 1 tea spoonGinger garlic paste
  • 1 tea spoonCumin seeds
  • 1 tea spoonSalt
  • Cenamon sticks 2-3
  • 2Tomatoes
  • 2-3Green chillies
  • Knor chicken cube 1 box

  1. 1

    Heat the pot,then add ginger garlic paste,fry it for 1 min.Then add mattar in it,then add tomatoes and all spices and mix it.Then add 4 glass of water in the pot,then add rice in it and cover it for about 10 to 15 minutes.
