Ingredients

50 minutes
4 servings
  • 2.2 lbsbeef in chunks
  • 10.5 ozmushrooms, thickly sliced
  • 1/2onion, diced
  • 3.5 ozbacon, diced
  • 1/2 cupred wine
  • 3/4 cupheavy cream (about 200 ml)
  • Salt and pepper

Steps

50 minutes
  1. 1

    Sauté the mushrooms until golden and set aside; sauté the onion and bacon and set aside.

  2. 2

    Fry the beef until browned and season with salt and pepper.

  3. 3

    Once browned, add everything else and pour in the wine.

  4. 4

    After the flavors have blended, add the cream and bring to a boil until thick.
