Fry 1 tablespoon of ghee in the pan. Roast cashew nuts and dry raisins.

. In the same ghee skillet, saute the saffron for 4 minutes until it turns golden in a low heat.

Add 1 cup orange juice and 1/2 cup water to the boiling mixture and let it simmer for a while.

Add cardamon powder when the water starts to boiling.

Put the oven on a moderate heat and boil it in boiling water and stir without letting it stick. Cover and simmer for 5 minutes.

Now add sugar and stir until melted. Add ghee and cardamom powder and stir.
