Ingredients

  1. 3 cupsflour (about 375 grams)
  2. 3/4 cuppowdered milk (about 90 grams)
  3. 3/4 cupwater (about 180 ml)
  4. 1/2 teaspoonsalt
  5. Filling
  6. 2 portionsfinely ground beef or lamb (amount as desired)
  7. 1/2 cupchopped mint (about 15 grams)
  8. 1/2bell pepper, optional
  9. 1tomato, chopped
  10. 1onion, chopped
  11. 1 tablespoonplain yogurt
  12. 1 tablespoontahini
  13. Pinchblack pepper
  14. Pinchsalt

Steps

  1. 1

    Knead the dough, divide it into 30 balls, and let them rest for 1 hour. Prepare the filling.

    Roll out the dough balls and place them on a nonstick baking sheet.

    Spread the filling evenly over each piece.

    Bake the pies directly on the oven rack at 430°F (220°C) until the edges are golden. Then turn on the broiler to dry out the meat topping.
