Paneer curry (Dhaba style)
Steps

First, cut the paneer in small cube shape.

Heat a pan with oil add a pinch of turmeric powder then add the paneer pieces fry for a minute from both sides then remove it and keep aside.

Now in the same pan heat up the oil then add green cardamom and cloves sauté it then add the onions fry till golden in colour.

Then add tomato fry it for 2 minutes then add ginger garlic paste sauté it and add all the masalas mix it and fry for 2 minutes.

Add little bit water, cover the lid and cook it for 8-10 minutes till oil separates on the top.

After 10 minutes open the lid add the paneer pieces mix it and add water to adjust the gravy cover and cook on medium for 2-3 minutes.

Now add chopped coriander leaves mix it and switch off the flame.

Our delicious dhaba style paneer curry is ready to serve. Garnish it with fenugreek leaves.
