Pizza is always all time favourite to all. But always we in search for healthy options in pizza. So here we go pizza base from wheat flour. We can make it and keep in airtight container. Can use whenever we have craving for Pizzzzzzzzzaaaasss
Steps

Take deep thick bottom vessel, spread salt in, place ring in the middle. Put on low flame to preheat for 15 mins.

Take a kneading plate add flour, sugar, eno and salt. Mix it all properly.

Now add curd mix it. Start adding warm water. Knead soft smooth Netty dough.

Add oil 1 tsp and start kneading, again add oil in knead it till will get very smooth and binded dough. Give 5-10 min of rest.

Now apply oil to your hand and make equal parts of it. Make ball. Sprinkle some dry flour on Kitchen flat surface. Put the ball on it and sprinkle some dry Flour on dough. With the help of Ur fingers flatten the dough. Want can use a rolling pin.

Place the flatten base on the grease plate. Now with the help of fork, prick the base.

Put the plate in the preheated vessel, close the lid and bake it for 25 mins on full flame. Check in the middle.

Once the base is ready. Take it out and put on rack. Let it get cool. See the back and upper golden crust.

I want the golden crust from both the side so I put it on high flame for baking. But if u doesn't want upper layer golden put it on medium flame. Out of this dough I got medium size 5 pizza base.We can make it and keep in airtight container. Can use whenever we have craving for Pizza!!
