Start with frying the garlic clove with olive oil for a few seconds then add the meat

When the meat is almost cooked add the spices (without the paprika) and mix until the meat is well cooked

Spread the meat evenly in the pan then add 5 eggs

⚠️ DO NOT OVER MIX THE EGGS. Just gently spread the egg across the pan with a fork so that it looks something like the picture below

Add salt, pepper and paprika on top and enjoy it with lebanese flat bread, olives, tomatoes and fresh mint on the side
