Wash rice and parboil it. Wash again and cook till it's done

Wash beans and boil it add little potash and allow to become soft

Wash vegetables and blend, pour the paste in a pit and heat untill there is no water in it

Fry vegetable oil in a pot add onion and paste add seasoning. Add spring onions

Serve with salad of your choice
