Boil the potatoes and mash them properly.

Now prepare the batter, suji is mixed with half cup of water, and curd with pinch of salt, it is covered with lid or cloth for few minutes to ferment and get ready as a batter.

Now start with the filling, take two spoons of oil in frying pan, fry some mustard seeds, coriander leaves, turmeric powder, red chilli powder, chopped green chillies. Now add mashed potatoes to the pan and mix it all.

Now make chilla of suji batter, and fill it with mashed potatoes stuffings, roll it like wrap and enjoy with tomato sauce.
