Chocolate gujhiya
Steps

Heat 2 spoons clarified butter in a wok and roast semolina on medium flame.

Once done add cardamom powder, sugar, grated coconut and jelly. Mix well and let it cool.

In bowl mix and add refined flour, chocolate powder, remaining clarified butter and lukewarm water now knead a tight dough, cover and keep aside for 10 minutes.

Divide the dough into small portions, roll thin and put 1 spoon of semolina mixture in it.Fold in half moon shape, seal the edges with water and fold like gujhiya.

Heat oil and deep fry gujhiya on low flame.

Chocolate gujhiya is ready.
