Wash and cut brinjals into 4. marinate with red chilli powder, haldi powder, Dhaniya powder half teaspoon of each.

Grind curd along with three powder masala including salt. Take oil in a Kadhai add one slitted green chilli, and chopped tomato then add marinated baingan and Fry for 10 minutes. Then add curd cover the lid. It's done.
