Cooking Instructions

Put 2 tbsp of cooking oil in a hot pan and the butter, we put cooking oil to prevent the butter from burning.

Sauté the elbow macaroni till brown (not burned) then add the garlic, wait for it to reach the golden brown and add the onion sauté till onions are almost dissolved.

Add the chicken breast bone (yes! The bone, small cuts, it makes the dish tasty!) and the chicken breast meat sauté till cooked and the carrots then add water (depends on your preference if you want more soup) bring it to boil till the macaronis are soft.

Put pork or chicken cubes (optional) Add the evaporated milk. I only put 1-2tbsp of fish sauce and seasoning of pepper to taste.

Once you’re satisfied with the outcome of the taste add the cabbage and hotdogs. (I added it on the latter part do that the dish will have a crunchy texture because of the cabbage.)

Serve with Puto (Optional)
