Ingredients

8 servings
  1. 1 (370 ml)evap
  2. 2-3 tbsknorr cream soup
  3. 1chicken cube
  4. Pinchpepper
  5. 1siling haba
  6. 1 tbsbrown sugar
  7. 1/2kl chicken (cut into small pcs)
  8. 1chinese pechay
  9. 2carrots
  10. 2-4 clovesnative garlic (more garlic if you do not have gerd
  11. 12 cupswater
  12. 200 gelbow macaroni (del monte)
  13. 12 tbsfish sauce
  14. Salt

Cooking Instructions

    Cook the chicken until brown. Add fish sauce.

  2. 2

    Add garlic (do not crush if you have gerd) pepper, sugar and cube.

  3. 3

    Add water and bring to boil.

  4. 4

    Add the macaroni until half cook.

  5. 5

    Add the cream soup.

  6. 6

    Add the vegies and cook for 3 mins.

  7. 7

    Add the milk and siling haba and salt and bring to boil.

  8. 8

    Ready to serve.

i have gerd thay's why i want to discover recipes that are gerd friendly (if possible, food without onions, garlic, tomatoes, and less oil). but sometimes i cook (not gerd friendly food) accdg to my mood (for my husband)😂
