Ingredients

4-5 servings
  • For jalebi batter
  • 1/2 cuprava
  • 1/4 cupcurd
  • 1 pinchorange food colour
  • 1 tbspMaida (All purpose flour)
  • For chasni
  • 1 cupsugar
  • 2cardamom Powder
  • 1 pinchbaking powder
  • As neededOil to deep fry
  • As neededWater

Steps

  1. 1

    First add rava, maida, orange food colour, curd, baking powder and water mix well and rest it for 20- 25 mins. Batter should not be neither thick and nor thin.

    And now make chasni add sugar, cardamom Powder. Chasni should be on 1thread.

    Take batter in a plastic bag and make a cone. Cut it from one corner. Heat the oil and make jalebi in circular motion in frying pan.

    Take out jalebi when turned golden. Put them in chasni for a minute, take out and serve hot.
