Tilapia in coconut milk

Ingredients

  1. 2 pcstilapia (large)
  2. 6 pcslarge mustard leaves
  3. 1 cupcoconut milk
  4. Ginger sliced
  5. Onion sliced
  6. to tasteSalt and peper
  7. Long green pepper

Cooking Instructions

    Cover tilapia with mustard (rolled). In 1 cup of water, boil Tilapia with mustard, long green pepper, ginger and onion for 5 minutes or until there was very little water left (don’t let it dry)

    Add coconut milk and bring to boil. Add salt and pepper to taste.

    Simmer for another 5-8 minutes until sauce becomes slurry.
