Ingredients

4 servings

Dinner meal
4Tilapia fish
3/4 cupPre-diced onions
1 tbspMinced garlic
1 canArtichoke hearts
1 canDiced tomatoes
1 1/2 tspGreek seasoning
1/4 cupWhite wine or
1/4 cupWhite cooking wine
1 tbspOlive oil
1/4 tspSalt

30 mins

Pre heat saute pan medium high for 2-3 mins

Season both sides of fish with salt and greek seasoning

Place oil in pan then add garlic, onions, and wine
4

cook 2-3 minutes or until onions are soft
5

Add fish in top and let it cook for about 3 minutes
6

Flip fish and add tomatoes with artichoke hearts on top
7

Let that cook for another 8-10 minutes or until fish is 145°F
